Everything you need to know about booking and hosting your ultimate gaming party.
In order to secure your event, a non-refundable $150 deposit via credit card is required. The remaining balance is due upon our arrival at the event. We show up rain or shine! Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within 7–14 days often incur a 50% or 100% fee.
Yes! Party favors can be purchased by adding a package. Favors can also be purchased a la carte to fit the size and needs of your group.
We always strive to provide the best experience for you and your guests. A guest count of 16-20 players is suggested for the best experience. Guests counts of 20-30 may require your group to be organized into smaller groups with scheduled play times. Groups of 30 or more will require an additional GameCoach to manage the event and will be charged Large Format pricing.
We carry Xbox, PS5, and Nintendo Switch.
No food, candy, or other drinks will be allowed on the game truck to protect controllers and equipment.
We are self-powered with quiet running commercial generators. We do not need to plug into your home.
To insure safety, manageability of the event, and comfort of the participants, we suggest up to 20 inside the trailer as an optimal number + up to four more playing on our outside screen. We can have up to 10 players at the same time if we get 2 players on each screen.
Absolutely! All our GameTrucks have air conditioning units and heat for the cold winters.
